One of Summit Product Support strengths has been working with our clients in the experimental phase of developing new or updated products. We have worked on many NPI (new product introduction) projects where Summit has developed procedures, processes, policies, and work plans. Whether you’re releasing a new product or improving on a current product, Summit may be able to help. Painting

Our new liquid paint system design can accommodate parts from inches - 32 foot long efficiently and up to 60 foot long if needed. We have installed a overhead conveyor system with a part window of 6’H x 6’W x 8’L, 5000lbs capacity, and a curing oven to keep parts moving through the process quickly. Anything larger will be accommodated in a separate 32’ booth. Our flexible, state-of-the-art EPA compliant paint booths may be used for production and custom finishes

Receiving, Packaging, and Shipping
